I did the two carb mods today (my second day with the
ride). The plastic spacer removal improved throttle response
and some of the popping (still there to some degree though).
The drilled out brass plug and then adjusting of the mixture
screw did not have any real effect. I am over 5000' altitude.
I get very little difference in idle speed adjusting the screw?
Both tasks were pretty easy; especially with the notes I
gleaned off this thread. Bring on the Supertrapp!
Put some fresh gas in and rode about 75 miles today. The piglet
idles better and runs smoooooth! Best motorcycle for the money 4SURE!
